My user-friendly gender-neutral
raft of issues carries me
past rocks of bells and whistles
and the pearshapes of diversity.
It isn't rocket science;
it was bottom-up designed
systemic grass-roots structuring
that keeps top-down aligned.
When the rubber hits the road
conversations must be had;
my raft will push the envelope
to stop me going mad.
I strengthen it with corporate glue
I ramp it up outside the square.
Whatever my redundancy
my raft of issues will be there.
